The photographs above are a working portfolio of Groundhog Landscaping’s completed projects: paver patios, segmental retaining walls, landscape designs, outdoor kitchens, fireplaces, poolscapes, and specialty concrete installations from across Buffalo, Clarence, Amherst, Williamsville, East Amherst, Lancaster, and the rest of the WNY region we service. With 1,000+ completed projects and 2,200+ clients served since 2000, this is a curated sample — not a complete archive.
If a project in our portfolio resembles what you have in mind, call (716) 741-8428 or send a note to info@groundhoglandscaping.com with the photo reference. We’ll schedule an on-site walkthrough and design consult so you can talk through materials, layout, and budget with the crew lead who would actually build it.
Common questions about our completed work, timelines, and how to commission a similar project.
Since 2000 we’ve completed more than 1,000 design-build and hardscape projects and serviced more than 2,200 maintenance clients across Western New York. The gallery on this page is a representative selection — not an exhaustive list.
Paver patios and walkways, segmental retaining walls, landscape designs, outdoor kitchens, built-in grills, outdoor fireplaces and fire pits, poolscapes (paver pool decks and coping), specialty stamped and decorative concrete, and landscape lighting installations.
A residential paver patio of 300–600 sq ft typically runs 5–10 working days on site, weather permitting. Larger projects with walls, lighting, and outdoor kitchens can extend to 3–6 weeks. Most schedules are set in winter for the upcoming spring/summer build season.
Yes — reference photos are a great starting point. We’ll adapt material selections and layout to your property’s grade, drainage, sun exposure, and the dimensions you have to work with. Belgard product lines change over time, so we’ll match current SKUs to the look you want.
Belgard paver and wall installations done by our ICPI-certified crews carry a lifetime manufacturer warranty against product defects when installed to spec. We also stand behind our workmanship on every project — if something settles or shifts outside normal tolerances, we’ll come back and fix it.
Our build calendar fills in late winter. For a spring or early summer install, reach out between January and March. Late-summer and fall builds can sometimes be added through July or August if scope is manageable.
